EPLAN reserves the right to cancel or postpone a particular class due to the illness of the scheduled trainer, act of God, or if fewer than 3 confirmed registrations are received.We will make every reasonable effort to inform the participant of such cancellation at least two weeks prior to the start of the scheduled training.EPLAN does not assume any responsibility for travel costs or other consequential damages incurred by the purchaser.
Course fee must be paid in full two weeks prior to the start of the class in order to confirm enrollment.
Regretfully, no refund will be given or outstanding invoice cancelled if a cancellation (or non-attendance) by a participant occurs within two weeks of the class start date.However, if a participant is unable to attend a class, an alternate participant may be designated in his or her place.
Additional onsite or customized training and consulting services are also available upon request.
